Adoptables Recovery Form
If you have forgotten or lost the code used to display your adoptable, you can use this form to recover it. To use this form you need two pieces of information, your adoptables name and the unique code you were given when you adopted. If you don't have both these pieces of information, this form will not work, and we can not help you recover your adoptable.

The unique code is the number you were given when you adopted your adoptable. It is not your adoptables ID number, they are two different things. If you know your adoptables ID number you can use the code from another adoptable and replace the number.
